Rebounding at Homestead Healing Wellness Village is a joyful, low impact movement practice designed to supports, lymphatic flow, balance, and vitality. Using gentle rhythmic motion, participants engage the entire body while reducing stress on the joints— making it accessible for a wide range of fitness levels.

Set outdoors and rooted in community, our rebounding sessions invite you to move at your own pace, reconnect with your breath, and restore energy through intentional movement. Classes are guided with care, encouraging strength, coordination, and endurance while honoring the body’s natural rhythm.

Whether you’re seeking cardiovascular support, stress relief, or a fun way to move, rebounding at the village is movement medicine— simple, effective, and nourishing to the whole self.

Class Length: 45 minutes

Please bring towel and water bottle for comfort. Rebounders will be provided; however, you're welcome to bring your own if preferred.
